Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") carefully before using the photonicat.com software, router hardware, or related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by photonicat.com ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase hardware, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described on our website or in your order confirmation. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. We may adjust pricing for future renewals with prior notice.
We may update or modify the Service, including software and firmware, at our discretion to improve functionality, security, or compliance. Updates may be automatic, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such updates. We may also discontinue features or the entire Service with reasonable notice, except where not feasible due to legal or technical reasons.

• Not to be used in life-critical or data-sensitive environments;
• Keep away from fire, flammable materials, hazardous chemicals, and corrosive substances;
• Avoid physical impact, dropping, squeezing, vibration, punctures, dust, etc.;
This service may periodically check for software updates, send SMS messages, send emails, synchronize the device clock, perform DNS lookups, and verify IP configurations. Such operations may expose your IP address and other system information to public networks, third parties, or our servers. We will not disclose your information to any third party without your consent. By using the service, you agree to these communications.
This service may include open source components under their respective licenses. Open source software may contain vulnerabilities or security risks. We make no guarantees regarding the security or performance of any open source component. You are responsible for complying with the license terms of the included software.
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
